"Get IT Right the First Time, Every Time" - our guiding principle.
It starts with satisfying the client and its users.
Today's users are looking for a quick return on investment, and can only pay for measurable results.
Selecting the right project is critical to success.
We work with our clients to develop a road map for IT improvements. We prioritize and structure projects into smaller segments, each one of which can be funded by a business mandate.
In addition to subject matter expertise and strong documentation skills, we hire our consultants based on behavioral characteristics:

'Can Do' customer service attitude

Results oriented

Effective in collaboration

Passion for excellence

Constantly looking for improvement
Do the Thing Right - the First Time
To Get IT Right the First Time, Every Time, we have to have considerable discipline in project work.
A typical project commences with assessment and analysis, through joint workshop sessions with the client, in a structured question and answer format. These workshop sessions follow our Analysis Templates developed by our consultants using both lab work and real world experience. Consideration is given to both business requirements and pre-existing constraints.
Various options in designing the solution are examined and presented to the client, along with advice on trade-offs among these options. Functional and technical specifications are developed.
Once the client approves the Design, detailed steps in migration, operations transition and the majority of the documentation are developed.
In our experience, developing the documentation before implementation is a discipline that forces our consultants to be double sure about the details of the implementation, thereby resulting in more predictable outcome, and fewer surprises. This also eliminates or minimizes errors in communication and surprises to the stakeholders and the project team.
Since the hard work of documenting the detailed steps have been done ahead of time, implementation is simply a matter of executing these details without the risks of last-minute, impromptu decisions. All stakeholders and project team members are fully aware of the sequencing of the steps and the impact, before, during and after the implementation, resulting in a smooth transition to operations.
Since the documentation is thorough and complete, and is presented to the client early in the project cycle, the transfer of knowledge to the client is more effective. Our client will not be left in the dark.
To ensure that we deliver on our commitment to "Get IT Right the First Time, Every Time", our project work is supported by a system of structured collaboration and reporting among the project team. We track projects diligently using Microsoft Project 2000 and Project Central and we apply project management disciplines based on PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) Guide of the PMI (Project Management Institute). Technical testing and validation can be performed at our lab.
